A Day to Remember – 2025 OBA Annual Lunch
Monday, 15 September 2025

What an unforgettable afternoon at the 2025 OBA Annual Lunch

The event brought together generations of Old Boys, partners, and friends for one of the Association's most anticipated gatherings of the year. From reconnecting with old mates to celebrating the strength of our community, the day was filled with warmth, inspiration, and plenty of shared stories.

This year's lunch was elevated by the presence of two outstanding speakers – Mark Morrissy and the Hon. Julie Bishop. Their insights and reflections reminded us of the power of perseverance, leadership, and staying true to values that endure across careers and lifetimes.

A particularly special moment came with the historic appearance of the Hon. Julie Bishop as our first-ever non-Old Boy speaker. With her trademark wit, warmth, and presence, she held the room from beginning to end. Julie's captivating address drew on her extraordinary career and international experience, leaving the audience both inspired and entertained. Her contribution will stand as one of the most memorable moments in OBA Annual Lunch history.

Of course, an event of this scale could not be possible without the support of our Pavilion Sponsors and Door Prize Donors, who once again went above and beyond. Their generosity not only added excitement to the day but also demonstrated the strength and spirit of our community.
